The series of ZDS hydrapulper that made by our company are suitable for the separation of the fibre, purification of the thick liquid material and select thickly pulping equipment, they can be working continuously or intermittently with various ways to deal with different pulping methods of chemical pulp, semi-chemical pulp, pulp board (meal), goods wasted paper and so on.

The series of ZDS hydrapulper are composed of D-type steel tub, devised along the vertical direction of impeller pulping machine, driving mechanism, special heavy slag and scum collection and settlement device, etc.

The type of impeller is energy saving turbine , designed with agencies, for the wearing impeller and sieve plate to keep clearance of 0.5-1.5 mm. The bottom of the tub with special structure can ensure the effective settlement and ruling out the heavy impurities.

When the impeller rolling down, the pulp, paper, water in the tub suck along the axis center, at high-speed from around the impeller, forming the fierce turbulence. As a result of the impeller blade ripping and friction between different fluid velocity, the pulp, paper material are strengthened to be separated from fiber in the wet state. At the same time, fiber bundles increase the fibrosis during rubbing against each other between the impeller and sieve plate. With D-type tub that increasing the pulp flows turbulently in the current eddy direction, the bundle of paper immersed below the liquid surface quickly, and to improve the waste materials in the pulper mobile path to increase the yield of pulp.
