The whole egg tray machine production line is mainly composed of the following parts:
1. Pulping system:
The pulp part is an important part in the process of pulp molding production. We can use old newspapers, magazines, cartons and other waste paper, after shredding, screening, adding chemical additives and other processes to adjust into a certain concentration of slurry for molding use.
The main equipment of pulp system are: hydraulic pulper, vibrating screen, concentration control instrument, stirrer, automatic add pulp aid system, pulp pump, water pump, control cabinet, pulp bucket, bucket, etc. According to the different requirements of the quality of finished products, we can choose to increase the concentration of pulp, fine pulp equipment, such as pressure screen, grinding machine, etc.
2. Forming system:
Through the vacuum effect, the slurry is evenly attached to the special molding mold to form a wet blank product, and then transferred to the drying system or to take the way of natural airing.
3.Drying system:
Pulp products by pulp, molding, generally contain higher moisture, need to be dried to remove the moisture in the product.
Brick kiln drying: Brick kiln drying line has the characteristics of novel structure, reasonable design, low one-time investment, high thermal efficiency, long service life, easy maintenance, safe operation and so on. And according to the user's local fuel conditions can be designed to use steam, heat conduction oil, natural gas, gas, anthracite, low smoke wood coal, wood, bark, bamboo waste material as fuel.
Metal drying: The drying production line uses fuel oil (gas), electricity or steam (heat conduction oil) as the heat source to heat the air and dry the molded pulp products in hot air (180220). The water evaporated from the products is extracted by the fan to achieve the effect of rapid drying. Metal drying line has a single drying line and multilayer drying line; If the equipment is equipped with a single drying line, the floor area is large, the workshop length can not be less than 70 meters; If equipped with multi-layer drying line, small occupation area, workshop length 40 meters, workshop height 4.5 meters, small volume, can effectively save the heat inside the drying line. Compared with multi-layer steel structure egg tray equipment, single-layer steel structure egg tray equipment covers a large area, and the cost is not cheaper than multi-layer steel structure drying equipment. Customers can choose according to their own plant size, energy situation and actual needs.
4. Shaping system:
After molding and drying, egg tray products are basically shaped, and the finished products can be put into storage after manual sorting or packaging.
