The raw material of egg tray machine comes from reed pulp, rice straw pulp, slag pulp, bamboo pulp, wood pulp and other kinds of pulp board and waste paper board, waste carton paper, waste white edge paper, paper mill pulp waste and other main waste paper, a wide range of sources, easy to collect. The output is 1000 tablets -6000 tablets/hour. The required operators are 5 people/shift: 1 person in pulping area, 1 person in molding area, 2 people in pushing and drying products, and 1 person in packing.
   The whole egg tray machine production line is mainly composed of the following parts:
   1. Pulping system:
   The pulp part is an important part in the process of pulp molding production. We can use old newspapers, magazines, cartons and other waste paper, after shredding, screening, adding chemical additives and other processes to adjust into a certain concentration of slurry for molding use.
   The main equipment of pulp system are: hydraulic pulper, vibrating screen, concentration control instrument, stirrer, automatic add pulp aid system, pulp pump, water pump, control cabinet, pulp bucket, bucket, etc. According to the different requirements of the quality of finished products, we can choose to increase the concentration of pulp, fine pulp equipment, such as pressure screen, grinding machine, etc.
   2.Forming system:
   Through the vacuum effect, the slurry is evenly attached to the special molding mold to form a wet blank product, and then transferred to the drying system or to take the way of natural airing.
    3.Drying system:
   Pulp products by pulp, molding, generally contain higher moisture, need to be dried to remove the moisture in the product.
   Brick kiln drying: Brick kiln drying line has the characteristics of novel structure, reasonable design, low one-time investment, high thermal efficiency, long service life, easy maintenance, safe operation and so on. And according to the user's local fuel conditions can be designed to use steam, heat conduction oil, natural gas, gas, anthracite, low smoke wood coal, wood, bark, bamboo waste material as fuel.
     Metal drying: The drying production line uses fuel oil (gas), electricity or steam (heat conduction oil) as the heat source to heat the air and dry the molded pulp products in hot air (180220). The water evaporated from the products is extracted by the fan to achieve the effect of rapid drying. Metal drying line has a single drying line and multilayer drying line; If the equipment is equipped with a single drying line, the floor area is large, the workshop length can not be less than 70 meters; If equipped with multi-layer drying line, small occupation area, workshop length 40 meters, workshop height 4.5 meters, small volume, can effectively save the heat inside the drying line. Compared with multi-layer steel structure egg tray equipment, single-layer steel structure egg tray equipment covers a large area, and the cost is not cheaper than multi-layer steel structure drying equipment. Customers can choose according to their own plant size, energy situation and actual needs.
      4. Shaping system:
      After molding and drying, egg tray products are basically shaped, and the finished products can be put into storage after manual sorting or packaging.

The 4x8 egg tray machine is a type of equipment with an output of 4000 pieces per hour, the template
length is 1200*500, and the effective size of the abrasive tool is 1200*400. It can produce egg trays,
egg boxes, coffee trays, and other industrial product packaging. The number of mold clamping
times is 6-7 times per minute, and one version can produce 3 egg trays (other products are calculated
according to the actual size). This machine is easy to operate, just one key to start and stop.

 

Production Process

The Egg tray machine uses waste paper as raw materials to produce different kinds of products according to
your requirements, such as egg trays, egg cartons, egg boxes, apple trays, fruit trays,industrial trays, seeding
trays etc. Our machines include pulp making system, forming system anddrying system. This production line
mainly used for the products with simple structure but in big quantity, such as egg trays, fruit trays, cup carriers
and disposable medical care products.

1. Pulping system
(1) Put the raw material into the pulping machine, add an appropriate amount of water, and stir it for a long time to turn the
waste paper into pulp, and then put it into the pulp storage tank for storage.
(2) Put the pulp in the pulp storage tank into the pulp mixing tank, and adjust the pulp concentration in the pulp mixing tank.
The slurry is further stirred through a homogenizer. After adjusting to suitable pulp, put it into the pulp supply tank to be used
in the forming system.
2. Forming system
(1) The pulp in the pulp supply pool is fed into the forming machine, and absorbed by the vacuum system, the pulp is
passed through the mold on the equipment and the pulp is left in the mold It is formed on the tool, and the white water is
adsorbed and transferred back to the pool by the vacuum pump.
(2) After the mold is adsorbed, the transfer mold passes through the positive pressure of the air compressor, and the
molded product is blown from the molding mold to the rotating mold. Sent from the transfer mold.
3. Drying system
(1) Natural drying method: directly rely on the weather and natural wind to dry the product.
(2) Traditional drying: brick-built tunnel kiln, the heat source can choose natural gas, diesel, coal, dry wood, liquefied
petroleum gas and other heat sources.
(3) New multi-layer drying line: 6-layer metal drying line can save more than 30% energy than transmission drying, and
the main heat source is natural gas, diesel, Clean energy such as liquefied petroleum gas and methanol.
