Main machine structure:
1. Cylinder part: Stainless-steel cylinder mould Φ 1500× 2200mm 1 set,
Pulp spray cylinder molding machine 1set, adjustable speed pulp roll make paper even, consistency: 0.1-0.15%. Wire mesh with more than 90-100layers. There is no pulp and vestige.
This make paper even and have strength of landscape orientation and portrait.

3. Wire part is jointed by profiled bar, width of profile bar is 10mm.
4. Felt washer equipment of wire part: Water pressure piping schema, which can move, ceramics nozzle, which is hard to be worn.
5. Felt washing section: High pressure washer 2sets, water pressure piping schema, which can move, water pipe is made of stainless steel pipe with ceramics nozzle, which is hard to be worn.
6. Vacuum suction box: 4sets, one is beak pattern suction box with width of 150mm, the other three with width of 250mm, body of box is jointed by armor plate, material is polythene.
7. This Stander is box pattern cast iron stander, material is HT200, vertical bar is 400mm wide, it is special width, height of the bar of dryer is 400mm.
8. Dryer: Φ 2500× 2200× 2900mm, rubber shore hardness 210° , dryer is from Dandong in China.
9. Cylinder press knife use steam as power, including control box, steam drum.
10. Touch roll: Φ 550× 2350× 2900mm, cast iron roll is covered by robber, width of robber is 25mm, rubber shore hardness 93° Steam pressure.
